  • कृपया अपनी प्रस्थान तिथि से 72 घंटे पहले अपने वाउचर प्राप्त करने की अपेक्षा करें (आपकी पैकेज लागत का पूर्ण भुगतान के अधीन)।

  • कृपया ध्यान दें कि ये पैकेज अनुकूलन हैं, जिसका अर्थ है कि यदि आप चाहें तो आप यात्रा कार्यक्रम / गतिविधि में बदलाव कर सकेंगे। अंतिम भुगतान की गणना वेबसाइट पर प्रतिबिंबित होने वाली गतिविधियों के अनुसार की जाएगी, जो आपको भेजे गए ई-मेल में उल्लिखित की जाएगी।

  • व्यक्तिगत खर्च जैसे कपड़े धोने, टेलीफोन कॉल, कक्ष सेवा, मादक पेय, मिनी बार आदि शामिल नहीं हैं।

  • यदि किसी प्राकृतिक आपदा, मौसम की स्थिति आदि के कारण आपके पैकेज को रद्द करने की आवश्यकता होती है, तो एसएमटी ट्रैवल सॉल्यूशंस आपको हमारे व्यापार भागीदारों / विक्रेताओं के साथ किए गए समझौते के लिए अधिकतम संभव धनवापसी देने का प्रयास करेगा।

  • यदि पहली बुकिंग पुष्टिकरण ई-मेल में प्रदान किए गए शेड्यूल के अनुसार भुगतान नहीं किया गया है, तो एसएमटी ट्रैवल सॉल्यूशंस आपके संपर्क में आने के प्रयास के बाद बुकिंग रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। रिफंड पैकेज कैंसिलेशन पॉलिसी के अनुसार होगा।

  • In rare cases, the primary hotel mentioned in the tour page may be unavailable. You will be offered alternate accommodation in the same or higher category. If you are not satisfied with alternate hotel, you may choose to cancel the tour (100% of booking amount will be refunded).

  • Hotel rooms are provided on twin sharing basis. In case of 3 adults or child above 5 years, 3-sharing room or Room with extra bed/mattress will be provided

  • Wherever room category is not mentioned in the quote / website, Standard room will be provided

  • Hotel may deny check-in for unmarried couple and no refund will be issued in such cases

  • Please check weekly off days for sightseeing places. Also, few places may be closed due to heavy rains / maintenance without prior intimation & we have no control on such incidents. Wherever possible, alternate sightseeing may be arranged in such cases.

  • Entry Fees & Activity Fees may change without any intimation and we have no control on the same. All fees mentioned in our website are for Indian nationals.

  • Any special requests like English/Hindi speaking driver is based on availability and can't be guaranteed

  • Refund for cancelled tours usually takes around 30-45 business days

  • Additional charges may apply for Airport Pick-up/Drop (select Airport Pickup/Drop option from 'Customize' popup on Tour Page)

  • Any issues encountered during the trip need to be resolved with Tour Manager immediately during the trip. Issues can't be addressed after completion of the trip.

  • Bangalore Travelz liability is limited to providing cab & stay. Sightseeing is complementary and it carries no liability. While we try our best to cover all places in the itinerary, no refund will be issued for sightseeing missed during the trip.

  • Vehicles Provided (all vehicles are A/C only) : Hatchback - Indica V2, Swift, Ritz, similar; Sedan - Dzire, Etios, Fiesta, Xcent, Amaze, similar; SUV - Innova, Xylo, or similar

  • Hotel Voucher will take at least 2 working days from the date of booking

  • All Hotels are booked in the name of Primary Traveler mentioned at the time of booking. Any change in guest name is considered as tour canceled and rebooked - cancellation charges apply & hotels based on availability. Valid ID & Address proof need to be carried for all guests including children.

  • On Christmas (Dec 25th) & New Year (Dec 31st), Hotel may charge extra amount for Mandatory gala night dinner from guests (directly payable at hotel - not included in the package cost)

  • If hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast, INR 100 for 2-star, INR 150 for 3-star & INR 250 for 4-star will be provided as Breakfast expenses per person (above 5 years). If you miss complimentary breakfast in the hotel due to early morning sightseeing (before 8 AM), you need to have breakfast outside at own expense.

  • Cab & Driver details will be provided 10 hours before the Trip Start Time

  • In case the cab arrival is delayed on Day 1, you can extend the trip end time on last day up to the duration the cab pickup is delayed.

  • In case of vehicle breakdown and issue is not resolved in 2 hours (from the time the issue is reported), we will provide alternate vehicle (or) free accommodation in nearby town until the issue is resolved.

  • Usually Hotels don't charge for below 3 years kids, no need to select kids below 3 years while booking tour. In case of any charges by hotels for below 3y kids, amount needs to be paid directly at the hotel.

  • Refund is issued only in case hotel denies check-in and customer had to book own stay or vehicle could not be provided and customer arranges own transport.

  • In case of any delay in arrival / start time, driver & Bangalore Travelz team should be communicated before trip start time. In case of no communication / response from customer at the time of pickup, cab driver will wait for maximum 2 hours at given pickup location. Past 2 hours, trip will be considered as cancelled & no refund is possible.

  • All payments for International tours to be made in USD unless mentioned in other currency

  • Below Cancellation Policy is applicable for all tours irrespective of date of booking and mode of booking:

  • Cancellation Policy (Domestic Tours Except Andamans & North East) - Travel Date Jan 6 to Dec 10:

  • 16 days & beyond from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 20% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee

  • Between 8-15 days from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 50% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee

  • Between 3-7 days from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 75% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee

  • No Refund if cancelled within 2 days from date of travel, excluding travel date (sorry, we already paid for your Hotel & Cab by this time)

  • Cancellation Policy (International Tours, Andamans & North East) - Travel Date Jan 6 to Dec 10:

  • 31 days & beyond from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 25% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee

  • Between 16-30 days from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 50% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee

  • Between 8-15 days from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 75% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee

  • No Refund if cancelled within 7 days from date of travel, excluding travel date (sorry, we already paid for your Hotel & Cab by this time)

  • Cancellation Policy (All Tours) - Travel Date Dec 11 to Jan 5:

  • 16 Days & Beyond from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 50% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee

  • Between 8-15 days from date of travel (excluding travel date) - 75% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee

  • No Refund if cancelled within 7 days from date of travel, excluding travel date (sorry, we already paid for your Hotel & Cab by this time)

  • In case of national lockdown / epidemic like Coronavirus, free reschedule can be arranged, if confirmed at least one week before travel date. For tour cancellation, above cancellation policy will apply.

COVID-19 Travel Guidelines

  • Few states / destinations need ePass to enter. Please check with our team before booking.

  • Please check that you don't have any Covid-19 symptoms before initiating travel

  • Hotels may not allow check-in for guests with Body Temperature above 99°F, refund/alternate not possible in such cases

  • Please ensure to wear masks while in outdoors

  • Please carry sanitizer and use the same before & after visiting sites/places

  • Maintain physical distance at sightseeing places, hotels and restaurants

  • Please avoid paying with cash and use digital wallets for payment wherever possible

  • We will provide list of recommended restaurants as per your itinerary to avoid eating at random places

  • Few places do not allow adults above 65 years and children below 10 years

  • Please ensure your pickup location is not part of a containment zone while booking tour

  • Please adhere to Govt. guidelines and health advisory on Covid-19

  • Some sightseeing places may be closed due to Covid-19 and sightseeing depends on local covid protocols & restrictions. We have no control on sightseeing options.

  • While we try our best to reschedule trips affected by Covid-19, trip cancellations will be handled as per Booking Policy
